PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealer with a roller, eliminating the time and trouble for sealing and cutting a predetermined part of a tube by manually using a hand type or stationary tube sealer.SOLUTION: In this sealer with a roller, a first clamp 4.11 and a second clamp 4.12 are caused to approach each other, thereby holding the tube 10, a first roller 2.1 and a second roller 2.2 are caused to approach each other, thereby holding the tube 10, and the second roller 2.2 is rotated to draw the tube 10 for a predetermined length, thereby moving blood in the tube 10 to a blood bag 9 side, and mixing the blood in the bag 9.
