PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silicone elastomer particles capable of suppressing the generation of odor due to the oxidation of a nonionic surfactant, and an aqueous dispersion of the silicone elastomer particles.SOLUTION: Silicone elastomer particles have a crosslinked structure formed by the addition reaction of a monovalent aliphatic unsaturated group bound to a silicon atom and a hydrogen atom bound to the silicon atom, and contain an antioxidant. An aqueous dispersion contains the silicone elastomer particles, a nonionic surfactant and water.
