Provided is a valved needle assembly which has a novel construction, with which it is possible for a valve body to be secured more robustly using a simple construction, and with which manufacturing efficiency can be improved by simplifying assembly. A valved needle assembly 10 includes a connector 46 having an inner bore 77, a tube body 44 secured to a distal end portion of the connector 46, and a valve body 16, and is provided with an assembly portion 50 in which an insertion portion 46a with which one of the connector 46 and the tube body 44 is provided is inserted into the other thereof to adopt an in-out insertion state. A latching protuberance 66 and a latching portion 105 which latch with one another to prevent the insertion portion 46a from coming out are provided on overlapping surfaces 48a, 49a of the connector 46 and the tube body 44 in the assembly portion 50, and an inclined guiding surface 57 which guides the latching protuberance 66 is formed in a distal end part, in an assembly direction, of the connector 46 or the tube body 44 in which the latching portion 105 is provided, while the valve body 16 is assembled by mating the connector 46 with the tube body 44.
