PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a higher quality image when a plurality of sensor panels are connected to form a sensor unit of an X-ray detector.SOLUTION: An X-ray detector 40 of an electronic cassette 14 is formed by laminating a sensor unit 41, a scintillator 46, and an organic imaging device 47 in order. The sensor unit 41 is formed by connecting a plurality of sensor panels 42. The organic imaging device 47 has an imaging area 48 in a part corresponding to an insensitive area 45 of the sensor unit 41 where the sensor panels 42 are connected, to obtain image information thereof.
