PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated seasoning liquid including soup stock in which even though acetic acid is included, a favorable aroma specific to soup stock can be felt when being used in cooking.SOLUTION: Provided is a concentrated seasoning liquid including soup stock that includes gluconic acid, acetic acid, and a soup stock.
