A pressure measuring method according to the present invention includes: measuring first impedance； measuring second impedance by letting an external device approach an internal device； obtaining reflection impedance by subtracting the first impedance from the second impedance； obtaining at least one among capacitance and inductance of the internal device from a factor excluded from influence of mutual inductance； and finding out body pressure with a value obtained as the at least one among the capacitance and the inductance of the internal device. According to the present invention, the pressure measuring apparatus increases the accuracy of measured pressure, measuring the pressure regardless of time and place using the simplified pressure measuring method, thereby being used more widely. In addition, a patient who had a stenting procedure due to a cardiovascular problem can be free from fear of closing of blood vessels caused by failures of a stent.본 발명에 따른 압력측정방법은, 제 1 임피던스를 측정하는 것； 외부장치를 내부장치로 접근시켜서 제 2 임피던스를 측정하는 것； 상기 제 2 임피던스에서 상기 제 1 임피던스를 감산하여 반사임피던스를 구하는 것； 상호 인덕턴스의 영향이 배제되는 인자로부터 상기 내부장치의 커패시턴스 또는 인덕턴스 중의 적어도 하나를 구하는 것； 및 상기 내부장치의 커패시턴스 또는 인덕턴스 중의 적어도 하나로서 구하여진 값으로서 생체압력을 알아내는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 측정압력의 정확도향상, 시간장소의 불문, 측정방법의 간소화에 의해서 압력측정장치의 보급을 한층 더 확대시킬 수 있다. 아울러, 심혈관질환으로 이미 스텐트를 시술받은 환자는 스텐트가 막힐 수 있는 두려움에서 완전히 해방될 수 있을 것이다.
