The present invention relates to a patch for tissue regeneration including: a fiber type porous three-dimensional scaffold and cells, drugs, bioactive substance, or a combination thereof, and a manufacturing method of the patch. The patch for tissue regeneration has a twisted fine soft hair form of biodegradable polymer fibers for securing the flexibility and elasticity for expanding or reducing the volume or the thickness by transplanted environment, and is capable of increasing the size and thickness of pores for securing enough space for growing and moving cells. The patch is capable of being used in tissue regeneration treatment by having an excellent tissue regeneration effect.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014[Reference numerals] (a) Cardiac stem cells seeding patch(b) Patch without cardiac stem cells본 발명은 섬유형 다공성 삼차원 지지체 및 상기 지지체 표면 또는 내부에 함유되어 있는 세포, 약물, 생리활성물질 또는 이들의 조합을 구비한, 조직 재생용 패치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조직 재생용 패치는 서로 이격 가능한 생분해성 고분자 섬유들이 서로 얽힌 솜털 형태의 특성으로 인하여, 이식되는 환경에 따라 부피 또는 두께가 확장 또는 축소될 수 있는 신축성 및 유연성을 가지고 있으며, 공극의 크기 및 두께를 부풀릴 수 있어 세포가 증식하고 이동할 수 있는 충분한 공간이 확보되는 특징이 있다. 이에, 본 발명의 패치를 손상된 조직에 부착할 경우, 우수한 조직 재생 효과가 나타나는 바, 조직 재생 치료 분야에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
