PURPOSE: A compressed type straw cutting machine is provided to cut rice straws regardless of the quantity and the alignment state of the rice straws by firstly compressing the rice straws. CONSTITUTION: A compressed type straw cutting machine includes a housing, an opening/closing unit, an upper compression unit, and a side compression-transporting unit. The housing(10) includes a discharging opening(14) with the height shorter than an insertion opening(12), and an internal space. The opening/closing unit opens and closes the insertion opening. The upper compression unit(30) has the width bigger than the width of the insertion opening. The side compression-transporting unit(40) has the cross-section with the shape coping the discharging opening.본 발명은 압축식 볏짚 절단기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전면에 인입 개방구와 일 측면에 상기 인입 개방구보다 높이가 낮은 배출 개방구를 각각 가지고 내부공간을 가지는 하우징； 하단이 상기 인입 개방구의 하단에 힌지 결합하여, 개방시 수평이고, 닫히면 수직이 되게, 상기 인입 개방구를 전후방향으로 개폐가 가능하도록 하는 개폐부； 상기 하우징의 상부로부터 상하로 이동가능하게 결합하여 하단이 적어도 아래로는 상기 배출 개방구의 상단까지, 위로는 상기 인입 개방부의 상단까지 이동하고, 좌우 너비가 상기 인입 개방구의 너비보다 크거나 같은 상부 압착부； 상기 하우징의 타 측면으로부터 좌우로 이동가능하게 결합하여 일 측면 끝단이 적어도 일 측면 방향으로는 상기 배출 개방구까지, 타 측면 방향으로는 상기 상부 압착부의 상기 타 측면 쪽 측면까지 이동하고, 단면형상이 상기 배출 개방구에 대응하는 측면 압착-이송부； 및, 상기 배출 개방구의 외면에 접하여 상기 배출 개방구를 막고, 하단에는 칼날을 구비하며, 하단이 적어도 상기 배출 개방구의 하단으로부터 상단까지 이동하는 절단칼날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축식 볏짚 절단기에 관한 것이다.이를 통하여 볏짚을 다단의 압축을 수행한 후에 절단함으로써 투입되는 볏짚의 양이나 정렬상태에 무관하게 절단이 가능하며, 한번의 절단과정에서 절단 수율을 높일 수 있고, 균일한 절단이 가능하며, 이러한 절단과정이 단시간에 가능하여 볏짚처리의 생산성을 향상할 수 있는 압축식 볏짚 절단기에 관한 것이다.
