PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high frequency acceleration cavity including a high frequency absorption member with low failure rate.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a high frequency acceleration cavity includes a first brazing step S701 for brazing a plurality of ceramic members to the outer surface of a plurality of copper blocks, respectively, by using a first brazing filler metal, and a second brazing step S703 for brazing the plurality of copper blocks, where the ceramic members are brazed to the outer peripheral surface of the end plate body in the first brazing step S701, by using a second brazing material. The brazing temperature of the second brazing step S703 is lower than that of the first brazing step S701.
