The present invention relates to a dendritic cell composition. The dendritic cell composition uses an MHC class II target signal fused to an antigen or a fragment thereof to obtain an MHC II presentation of the antigen or fragment thereof. In particular, the invention relates to a dendritic cell vaccine comprising a dendritic cell expressing an MHC class II target signal fused to an antigen or a fragment thereof.
