PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable-type medical knife which enables a blade body to be exposed and stored by a single-handed easy operation in use.SOLUTION: A medical knife includes a spring member 6 which is engaged between a knife part 2 and a cover 3 and which urges the knife part 2 in a storage position direction from an exposure position. When the knife part 2 is set in the exposure position from a storage position, an operation for pushing the knife part 2 into the cover 3 against elasticity of the spring member 6 is performed to disengage a lock pawl 26 from a first through-hole 44B and lock it to a second through-hole 44C. When the knife part 2 is returned to the storage position from the exposure position, the lock pawl 26 engaged to the second through-hole 44C is disengaged by an unlocking part 41 the knife part 2 is returned to the storage position by being urged by the spring member 6 and the lock pawl 26 is engaged to the first through-hole 44B. A leading end, on the side of exposure of a blade body 23, of the cover 3 is provided with a hold part 47 which stabilizes the blade body by sandwiching the knife part 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用に際して片手のみの簡単な操作で刃体を露出及び収納可能なディスポーザブルタイプの医療用ナイフを提供する。【解決手段】ナイフ部2とカバー3との間に係止され、ナイフ部2を露出位置から収納位置方向へ付勢するばね部材6を備え、ナイフ部2を収納位置から露出位置にセットする際は、ばね部材6の弾性に抗してナイフ部2をカバー3に押込操作してロック爪26を第一の貫通孔44Bから離脱させて第二の貫通孔44Cに係止させ、ナイフ部2を露出位置から収納位置に戻す際は、ロック解除部41により第二の貫通孔44Cに係止したロック爪26を離脱させ、ばね部材6の付勢によりナイフ部2を収納位置まで戻し、ロック爪26を第一の貫通孔44Bに係止させる。カバー3の刃体23を露出させる側の先端には、ナイフ部2を挟持して刃体の安定を図るホールド部47が設けられる。【選択図】図1
