PURPOSE: A levee forming apparatus is provided to enable a user to control the location for forming a furrow and a levee using a tractor, by sliding a second frame to the left and right direction of the tractor. CONSTITUTION: A levee forming apparatus comprises the following: a first frame(110) including a three-point supporting unit for being connected to a tractor； a power transmission joint fix-installed in the inside of the first frame； a second frame(120) mounted on the left and right direction of the tractor, for sliding on the tractor； an actuator moving the second frame relatively to the first frame； a plowing unit(132) including plow for forming furrows； a rotavator for crushing soil dug by the plowing unit； a hardening roller(150) hardening the soil crushed by the rotavator； and a power transmission unit transferring power of the tractor to the rotavator.본 발명은 두둑 성형기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 트랙터와 연결되기 위한 3점 지지부를 포함하는 제1 프레임； 상기 제1 프레임의 내부에 고정 설치되는 동력전달 조인트； 상기 제1 프레임에 고정되되, 상기 트랙터의 좌우 방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 장착되는 제2 프레임； 상기 제1 및 제2 프레임 사이에 설치되어, 제2 프레임을 제1 프레임에 대해서 상대적으로 이동시키는 액츄에이터； 상기 제2 프레임의 저면에 설치되며, 골을 형성하기 위한 쟁기날을 갖는 쟁기부； 상기 제2 프레임의 저면에 회전축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 쟁기부에 의해 파여진 흙을 분쇄하기 위한 로터 베이터； 상기 제2 프레임의 저면에 설치되며, 상기 로터 베이터에 의해 분쇄된 흙을 다지는 다짐 로울러； 및 상기 동력전달 조인트로 전달된 트랙터의 동력을 상기 로터 베이터에 전달하는 동력전달 기구；를 포함하는 두둑 성형기가 제공된다.
