A medicine delivery system for a method and composition includes an inner capsule containing carotenoids and an outer capsule in which the inner capsule is contained within the outer capsule and the outer capsule containing a therapeutically effective amount of krill oil. In one example, the carotenoids include at least S, S"-astaxanthin derived from Haematococcus pluvialis.
