PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed management system which does not require a ward and can reduce a burden on nurses.SOLUTION: A bed 1 includes a travel part 11, a position information measurement part, a biological information detection part, and a bed side transmission part. A management device 2 includes a management part and a management side reception part. The position information measurement part measures position information on a bed body 10, and the biological information detection part detects biological information on a patient P placed on the bed body 10. The bed side transmission part transmits the position information measured by the position information measurement part and the biological information detected by the biological information detection part.
