PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve smoothly peeling and falling of tablets (a) adhering to the internal face of a hopper 10 by a new, simple, and low-cost structure.SOLUTION: The hopper 10 in which tablets are thrown is attached to a support frame 12 via a shaft 11 so as to swing vertically freely, thereby causing the medicine (a) to fall into a piston 21 in a feed cylinder 20 located below the frame 12. Magnets 15 and 27 having the same polarity are attached to the opposite faces of the hopper and piston. By the repellence of the magnets 15 and 27 by the piston movement and the release of the repellence, the hopper is swung and vibrated by impact. Thus, the freely swinguable hopper easily moves, and the swing and impact vibration of the hopper is applied by the repelling force of the magnets. Accordingly, the hopper is reduced in cost and made less likely to break. In addition, the impact vibration of the freely swinguable hopper smoothly transmits to the hopper and smoothly separates the medicine adhering to the hopper (causes them to fall), compared to the case where the hopper is fixed in position.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】新規な簡単かつ安価な構造でもって、ホッパー10内面に付着した錠剤aを円滑に剥がして落下させる。【解決手段】錠剤の投入されるホッパー10を軸11を介し上下方向に揺動自在に支持フレーム12に設け、その下方の送出しシリンダ20内のピストン21内に薬剤aを落下させる。ホッパーとピストンのそれぞれの対向面に極が同一の磁石15、27をそれぞれ設け、ピストンの移動によるその両磁石15,27の反発・その解除によってホッパーを揺動・衝撃振動させる。揺動自在なホッパーは容易に動き、そのホッパーの揺動・衝撃振動を磁石の反発力により与えるため、安価であり、壊れにくい。また、この揺動自在なホッパーへの衝撃振動は、ホッパーが固定されている場合に比べて、ホッパーに円滑に伝わって、付着薬剤を円滑に剥がす(落下させる)。【選択図】図1
