PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing device capable of accurately preventing the occurrence of offset irregularities in image data caused by the heat generation of transfer means, when photographing a moving image and a semi moving image and capable of shortening the time required for a series of consecutive photographing as much as possible.SOLUTION: A radiation image photographing device 1 includes: control means 22 for controlling to perform the reading processing of image data D from each radiation detecting element 7 transfer means 22 for transferring data obtained by radiation image photographing through communication means 41 to an external device 58 and temperature measuring means 25 for measuring the temperature T of the transfer means 22.
