Provided is an ergonomically designed toilet bowl in daily use. Especially, according to embodiments, the present invention is to protect the lumbar of herniated disc patients and to improve user convenience. The present invention relates to a design technology capable of improving user convenience and safety of using the toilet bowl for herniated disc patients by solving a problem causing pain on the lumbar when herniated disc patients use a toilet bowl in everyday life using an ergonomic angle and an ergonomic design. The ergonomically designed toilet bowl includes a toilet bowl cover (110) made of PVC identical to a material of an existing toilet bowl cover and a lumbar cover (111) at 85 degrees which is ergonomically designed.생활에서 사용하는 양변기를 인체공학적으로 설계한다. 특히, 본 발명의 실시 예들은 디스크 환자들의 요추 보호와 편리성을 제고하려고 한다. 일반생활에서의 양변기 사용시 요추 부분의 불편함을 인체공학적 각도와 설계로 디스크환자들의 양변기 사용의 편리성과 안전성에 도움을 주는 설계 기술에 관한 것이다.
