PURPOSE: A catheter device is provided to comprise a flexible wire rotating by driving means in a conduit, and to block the heat generated by the rotating flexible wire, by supplying cooling fluid to the conduit.CONSTITUTION: A catheter device comprises: an outside conduit (10) an inside conduit (20) a balloon a flexible wire a free damper a wire damper for preventing heat and vibration a lesion removing tool and a driving unit (60). The outside conduit has a proximal end part, a distal end part, and a first port for supplying expansion fluid to the proximal end part.
