PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge-type dental handpiece capable of contributing to improvement in usability of a dentist or the like and in correct treatment of teeth of a patient by suppressing vibration generated in a housing with rotation of a cutting tool and reducing vibration of a handpiece head part and a handpiece body.SOLUTION: A cartridge-type dental handpiece 1: removably incorporates a cartridge-type housing 4 with it covered by a housing cap, in a handpiece head 3 integrated with a handpiece body 2 journals an impeller rotatingly driven by a driving air, by a rotary shaft 15 that holds a cutting tool 17 disposed in the housing 4 in a projected state and performs dental treatment by rotating the cutting tool 17 in response to the rotation of the impeller. The cartridge-type dental handpiece provides a circular flat plate 12a of an upper part 12 of the housing 4 with flexibility, brings a flat inner bottom face of the housing cap 5 into close contact with the circular flat plate 12a of the housing 4, and fixes the housing 4, with the circular flat plate 12a of the housing 4 bent, to the inside of the handpiece head 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、切削工具の回転に伴ってハウジングに生じる振動を抑制し、ハンドピースヘッド部、ハンドピース本体の振動を低減させて、歯科医師等の使用感の向上、患者の歯の的確な治療実現に寄与することができるカートリッジ式の歯科用ハンドピースを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、ハンドピース本体2と一体化したハンドピースヘッド部3内に、ハウジングキャップにより施蓋する状態でカートリッジ式のハウジング4を着脱可能に内装し、前記ハウジング5に配置した切削工具17を突出状態で保持する回転軸15によって駆動エアにより回転駆動される羽根車を軸支し、羽根車の回転に応じて切削工具17を回転させて歯科治療を行うカートリッジ式の歯科用ハンドピース1であって、ハウジング4の上面部12の円形平板部12aに撓み性を持たせ、ハウジングキャップ5の平坦な内底面をハウジング4の円形平板部12aに密接させ、このハウジング4の円形平板部12aを撓ませた状態でハウジング4をハンドピースヘッド部3内に固定する構成としたものである。【選択図】図2
