The invention relates to a viscoelastic solution comprising: a polysaccharide selected from hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, keratan, keratan sulfate, dermatan sulfate, heparin, heparan sulfate, chitosan, xanthanes, alginates and carrageenans, or one of the salts thereof； and an antifibrinolytic agent selected from tranexamic acid, epsilon aminocaproic acid, protamine and desmopressin.
