PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address such a problem that, when downsizing of an imaging element package is progressed further, a component mounting space on a circuit board lessens and it becomes hard to mount electronic components thereon.SOLUTION: An imaging module includes: an imaging element package in which a plurality of electrodes are aligned on a package back surface and a circuit board including a mounting area on which lands to which the respective electrodes are connected, are formed and prescribed electronic components are mounted. The circuit board is a multilayer boad formed by laminating a plurality of lamination object boards facing in the direction orthogonal to the package back surface, in the direction parallel to the package back surface.
