The inner needle (120) includes a needle tip (121) at a distal end of the inner needle and includes concave portions (123A, 123B) provided on first and second side surfaces of the inner needle, the first side surface facing a first direction perpendicular to a cross section parallel to the longitudinal direction, the second side surface facing a second direction opposite to the first direction.
