In view of necessarily relying on a well-experienced operator to observe coffee bean color and to regulate heating temperature during the baking process of existing coffee bean baking machines, which results in wastes of manpower and time, the present invention particularly develops an automatic coffee bean baking machine to solve the above-described disadvantages of the conventional skills.
