The present invention relates to a medical chisel having a new structure which increases space utilization and improves user convenience. According to the present invention, the medical chisel comprises: a cutting member (10) which has a blade formed in a lower end part and has a stem (11) extended upwards in the upper surface； a handle member (20) in which a coupling hole (21) detachably coupled with the upper end of the stem (11) is formed concavely upwards in a lower lateral side thereof, and a hitting member (24) of a disk shape having a wide diameter is provided in the upper end thereof； and a fixing means (30) which is included in the handle member (20) and fixates the stem (11) coupled with the coupling hole (21), such that the present invention can be used by selecting and combining cutting members (10) of various sizes with one handle member (20). Thus, the present invention has an advantage of an effective space utilization compared to conventional medical chisels in which a cutting member (10) and a handle member (20) are integrated into a united body.본 발명은 공간활용도를 높이면서 사용이 편리한 새로운 구조의 의료용 끌에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 의료용 끌은 하단부에 날이 형성되며 상면에는 상측으로 연장된 스템(11)이 구비된 절삭부재(10)와, 상기 스템(11)의 상단에 탈착가능하게 결합되는 결합공(21)이 하측면에 상측으로 오목하게 형성되며 상단에는 지름이 넓은 원판형태의 가격부재(24)가 구비된 손잡이부재(20)와, 상기 손잡이부재(20)에 구비되어 상기 결합공(21)에 결합된 스템(11)을 고정하는 고정수단(30)으로 구성되어, 하나의 손잡이부재(20)에 다양한 사이즈의 절삭부재(10)를 선택하여 결합하여 사용할 수 있다.따라서, 절삭부재(10)와 손잡이부재(20)가 일체로 구성된 종래의 의료용 끌에 비해, 공간을 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
