PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping device capable of easily performing shaping of a tip of a guide wire and capable of being also easily used on a medical site.SOLUTION: A shaping device 1 includes a body part 2 that has a hole part 3 into which a tip of a guide wire can be inserted, and a holding part 4 that is formed in a shape elongated from the body part 2. The hole part 3 assumes a shape elongated in the longitudinal direction of the body part 2. The hole part 3 has a first surface into which the tip of the guide wire is to be inserted, and a second surface from which the tip of the guide wire is to be ejected.
