The device comprises: a plurality of cartridges, each of which includes a cartridge case accommodating pill-shaped identical medicines and a cartridge base mounted on the cartridge case and discharging medicines accommodated in the mounted cartridge case； an external communicating unit which communicates with the outside； a human body recognizing unit which recognizes the body of a user； a saving unit which saves prescription data for each group member received from a managing server； and a control unit which discharges medicines from the cartridges in which medicines to be prepared are accommodated according to the prescription data for every medicine-taking time for each group member, wherein medicines are discharged only when a corresponding member is recognized through the human body recognizing unit.
