PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home/visit medical service system for supporting visit medical care.SOLUTION: The home/visit medical service system extracts plural text data to generate a piece of medical chart information, a piece of medical service fee information and a piece of doctor knowledge information by using a first identifier for identifying items of the medical chart information, and a second identifier for identifying items of the medical service fee information and a third identifier for identifying knowledge of a doctor who performs the medical care of a patient from medical care text data in which medical care voice data at visit homes are recorded in a text form.
