The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition for a non-aqueous adhesive-agent capable of sustained release and exhibiting favorable adhesive strength. In an adhesive agent according to the present invention, the adhesive strength of the adhesive agent is improved and the release of a pharmaceutical is improved due to the addition of a powder component (filler, etc.). The adhesive strength of the adhesive agent is maintained over a long period of time, thus enabling sustained release and improved percutaneous absorbability. The use of the composition for an adhesive-agent containing a powder component enables an agent exhibiting improved percutaneous absorbability and sustained release to be produced, regardless of which pharmaceutical substance is used, by a pharmaceutical substance being dissolved in either an organic solvent or an ion solution and added, as a pharmaceutical solution together with the organic solvent, to the non-aqueous adhesive agent according to the present invention.La présente invention concerne une composition pour agent adhésif non aqueux capable de libération prolongée et présentant une adhérence favorable.
