To provide oral formulations of a tetracycline compound suitable for a form of tablet.SOLUTION: There is provided an oral formulation of 9-[(2,2-dimethyl-propylamino)-methyl]-minocycline, or salt thereof in the form of a tablet, in which 9-[(2,2-dimethyl-propylamino)-methyl]-minocycline or salt thereof is present in the amount that exceeds 10 wt.% based on the total weight of formulation.
