PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image capturing device which can reliably collect voice regardless of the posture of a subject.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a medical image capturing device comprises a collection part that collects image data on a subject, an exterior cover that covers the collection part, and a microphone that converts voice to a voice signal. The microphone has a diaphragm that comes into physical contact with the exterior cover, and a conversion part that converts the vibration of the diaphragm to a voice signal.
