PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information processing equipment, etc. capable of estimating a vigilance level with a high degree of precision.SOLUTION: Information processing equipment includes an analysis part, a monitoring part, and an estimation part. The analysis part of the information processing equipment analyses heart beat interval information in a frequency domain using an autoregressive model. The monitoring part of the information processing equipment analyses the heart beat interval information in the frequency domain using Fourier transformation, and monitors whether or not a peak value of the result of the analysis is in a prescribed range.
