The present invention relates to an apparatus for drying agricultural products. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for drying agricultural products by continuously generating hot air in a reticulated receiving tank into which agricultural products requiring drying are introduced, and particularly, an apparatus for drying agricultural products enhancing drying efficiency of the agricultural products by controlling a drying space of a drying chamber according to the dried amount of agricultural products to suppress unnecessary heat loss and dehumidifying moisture generated in a drying process of the agricultural products. The apparatus comprises: a drying chamber； a hot air supplying unit； and a hot air circulating unit.본 발명은 농산물 건조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건조를 요하는 농산물들이 투입된 망상 수납조에 열풍을 지속적으로 발생시켜 농산물을 건조하는 것으로, 특히 농산물의 건조량에 따라 건조실의 건조공간을 조절하여 불필요한 열손실을 억제하고, 농산물의 건조과정에 발생되는 습기를 제습하여 농산물의 건조효율이 향상되도록 한 농산물 건조장치에 관한 것이다.
