Сетчатый протез фиксируют по правому и левому краям узловыми швами к передним листкам влагалища прямых мышц живота без фиксации к белой линии живота верхней и нижней частей сетчатого протеза. При этом накладывают швы на расстоянии от 2 до 3 см ниже верхнего края и на расстоянии от 2 до 3 см выше нижнего края сетчатого протеза к медиальным краям передних листков прямых мышц. Способ позволяет устранить травматизм, снизить количество рецидивов заболевания, устранить деструктуризацию белой линии живота. 2 ил.
