PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a microspicule for skin peeling is provided to ensure convenient use, to effectively remove skin dead cells without irritation, to normalize trouble skin, and to improve anti-wrinkling and elasticity by increasing collagen and elastin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for low irritation skin peeling contains 1-10 wt% of a coated microspicule. The length and width of the microspicule are 100-300 micrometer and 10-20 micrometer, respectively. The coated microspicule is prepared by coating with sodium hyaluronic acid, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, and disodium EDTA. The viscosity of the composition is 2800-3000 cps. The composition additionally contains one or more among a skin conditioning agent, a moisturizer, a pH adjusting agent, a biocide, a preservative, a solvent, and a chelating agent. The microspicule is derived from Spongilla.
