PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse meter and a program, etc., for determining a blood circulation state of a subject using a pulse wave sensor with less calculation amount and power consumption.SOLUTION: A pulse meter includes: a pulse wave detection part 10 having a pulse wave sensor 11 for outputting pulse wave sensor signals a processing part 100 for performing processing to signals from the pulse wave detection part 10 and a reporting part 72 for reporting a processing result in the processing part 100.
