PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster which easily gets over a step without increasing a wheel diameter and a movable drip infusion stand equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A caster 2 for a movable drip infusion stand 1 includes a wheel 25 rotatably supported by a supporting member 23 and an endless belt 28 which is adjacently arranged to the side of the wheel 25, is parallel to the wheel 25, and is rotatable independently from the wheel 25. The endless belt 28 is separated from a traveling surface 7 where the wheel 25 travels, and a part on the side of the traveling surface 7 of the endless belt 28 extends forward from the wheel 25 and is tilted in a manner to be separated from the traveling surface 7 in a direction to the front.
