FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to aesthetic medicine, surgical cosmetology and plastic surgery, and is applicable for face and neck surgeries, for removing previously installed cosmetic threads, for separating adhesions. Device comprises: i) an external device for remote control of movement of the implanted microdevice, comprising light signal sensors configured to receive light signals from the implanted microdevice underneath the skin, sensors for changing the characteristics of the magnetic field emitted by the working portion of the implanted microdevice, and electromagnetic signal inductors configured to act on the working portion of the implanted microdevice to change the direction of movement thereof; ii) an elongated micro device implantable under the skin, comprising a working portion with a retractable cutting element fixed in a groove on the front portion of the micro-device, sensors of parameters of living tissues and sensors of linear and angular movement of the implanted microdevice located in the direction of movement of the implanted microdevice - on the front-top surface of the working part. Upper part of the working part is made of a magnetic material capable of bending in accordance with the shape of the surface of the underlying tissues and with the possibility of interaction with sensors of changes of magnetic field parameters of the remote control device located outside the body. Lower part of working part comprises: a) microelectrical drive with power supply, connected to sensors of parameters of living tissues and movement by means of microcircuit, b) the microcontroller functionally by means of microcircuits connected: to sensors of parameters of live tissues and movement of the implanted microdevice, with a magnetoactive element in the upper part of the working part of the implanted microdevice, with a retractable cutting element, with a microelectrical drive.
