The embodiment of the proposed invention relates Arteemether prefilled syringe enabling sterile administration of Arteemether. The present invention is a prefilled syringe containing Arteemether that does not require filing the drug from vial and so there are no chances of Arteemether getting contaminated. Hence the present syringe enables sterile drug delivery and there is no risk of contamination. The present invention being prefilled does not require separate handling of vials and syringe and hence is economical.
