PURPOSE: A UV-LED toothbrush sterilizing device with a voltage boosting circuit is provided to remarkably reduce the number of elements used for the voltage boosting circuit, thereby remarkably reducing production costs.CONSTITUTION: A UV-LED toothbrush sterilizing device (10) with a voltage boosting circuit comprises: a power supply unit (100) a voltage boosting unit (200) with a capacitor (210), a first switch unit (220) and a second switch unit (230) which are alternately turned on an inverse current element (300) which is connected between the power supply unit and the second stage of the capacitor and prevents inverse current a UV LED (400) which is connected to the second stage of the capacitor and irradiates with UV rays and a voltage boosting circuit with a microprocessor (500) which controls the operation of the first and second switch units and controls the increase of voltage and sterilizing time. The first switch unit is connected to the power supply unit and the first stage of the capacitor and enables switching.
