The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a leather perfume by using a scent composite, capable of preventing side effects to a human body and enabling convenient transportation by immersing a leather product in a scent through a scent composite containing vegetable ethanol. The method includes: a step (i) of pretreating a leather material； a step (ii) of drying the pretreated leather material； a step (iii) of immersing the dried leather material in a scent composite； a step (iv) of aging the leather material immersed in the composite； and a step (v) of re-drying the aged leather material. Moreover, the scent composite contains: 20-30% of vegetable ethanol； 10-20% of silicon for leather； 5-15% of a citrus extract； 5-15% of cow foot oil； and 25-40% of spice.본 발명은 식물성 에탄올이 포함된 향기조성물을 이용하여 가죽제품에 향기를 함침 시킴으로써 휴대가 편리하고, 인체에 부작용이 없는 향기 조성물을 이용한 레더퍼퓸 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, i) 가죽원단 전처리 하는 단계, ii) 전처리된 가죽원단을 건조시키는 단계, iii) 건조된 가죽원단에 향기 조성물을 함침하는 단계, iv) 향기 조성물이 함침된 가죽원단을 숙성시키는 단계 및 v) 숙성된 가죽원단을 재건조시키는 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명의 향기 조성물은, 식물성 에탄올 20~30%, 가죽용 실리콘 10~20%, 시트러스 추출물 5~15%, 우각유 5~15% 및 향료 25~40%를 포함한다.
