PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound useful for the treatment and/or prevention of eye disease, particularly inflammatory eye disease.SOLUTION: An agent for the treatment and/or prevention of inflammatory eye disease, containing (3S,4R)-3-ethyl-4-(3H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazine-8-yl)-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid amide or a salt thereof, is administered to an eye locally.
