PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support band that can deal with various physiques of a user, that can correct the posture of a seated person to mitigate a load to the waist, and that is also applicable to other body supports as well as reducing an economic burden of the user.SOLUTION: The support band includes: an intermediate band part； and a band body having a hook-and-loop fastener that is continuously provided to both longitudinal ends of the intermediate band part. The hook-and-loop fastener comprises a hook-shaped fiber surface part provided on one surface and a loop-shaped fiber surface part that is provided on the other surface on the side opposite to the one surface and that can be combined with the hook-shaped fiber surface part by surface contact. The hook-shaped fiber surface part and the loop-shaped fiber surface part are continuously or discontinuously installed from the longitudinal one end to the other end of the hook-and-loop fastener.
