FIELD: sports.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical training and sports, is intended for training and objective assessment of technical and tactical preparedness of sportsmen in game sports. It can be used in training process of sportsmen of various sports qualification, as well as in mass physical culture to increase motor activity of population and development of coordination abilities. Method of training and assessment of technical and tactical readiness of sportsmen-players includes training on field with controlled light-dynamic illumination, where by means of light-dynamic illumination allowed zones are set, which are an element of controlled zones, in which athlete should be. Controlled zones by means of closing sensors additionally transmit information on their condition during training on the field to the time meter, which records total time of flight phases.
