To provide a zirconia sintered body having elevated interlayer hardness of laminated powders.SOLUTION: The zirconia sintered body is obtained by laminating a plurality of zirconia powders containing zirconia and yttria as a stabilizer for suppression of phase transition of zirconia and having different compositions by different content ratio of pigments, oscillating to form mixed layers where zirconia powders in each boundary of zirconia powders in upper and lower layers are partially mixed with each other, and sintering the formed laminate, wherein specimens cut out from the zirconia sintered body with their longer direction being along with the lamination direction satisfy flexure hardness, a testing condition being in accordance with JISR1601, conducted to the specimens with the mixed layer existing in a manner to traverse the specimens along the load application direction, measured with load points of a three-point flexure test being aligned with positions of the mixed layer, of being 1100 MPa or over.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】粉末を積層した層間の強度を高めたジルコニア焼結体を提供する。【解決手段】ジルコニア及びジルコニアの相転移を抑制する安定化剤としてイットリアを含有し、顔料の含有率が異なることにより組成が異なる複数のジルコニア粉末を積層させて振動を与えてジルコニア粉末間の各境界において上下層のジルコニア粉末が部分的に混合した混合層を形成し、成形してなる積層体を焼結させた状態であるジルコニア焼結体であって、前記ジルコニア焼結体から長手方向を積層方向に沿って切り出した試験片が、ＪＩＳＲ１６０１に準拠し、前記混合層が荷重印加方向に沿って前記試験片を横断するように存在する前記試験片に対して、３点曲げ試験の荷重点を前記混合層の位置に合わせて測定した曲げ強度が１１００ＭＰａ以上であるという試験条件を満たす。【選択図】なし
