Disclosed are a wrist pressing device for pressing a wrist and a wrist blood pressure gauge having the same. The wrist pressing device comprises: a pressing frame having an air groove formed on a bottom thereof and a pressing film disposed in the air groove to be expanded to press a wrist. The pressing frame includes an air inlet to guide air to the air groove to supply the air into the pressing film, and an air outlet to guide the air to the outside of the pressing frame from the air groove to discharge the air in the pressing film. According to the present invention, a user can carry the wrist pressing device and conveniently measure a blood pressure whenever needed, and the wrist pressing device can be arranged on an accurate blood pressure measuring position. Therefore, accuracy of blood pressure measurement is increased. Taking an example of a restoring force, a pumping bag for filling an airbag sucks air while the pumping bag is restored to an original shape by an elastic force. Therefore, a mechanical/electronic device such as a pump or a motor is not needed to fill the airbag and a structure can be simplified. Manufacturing costs can be reduced.
