The invention relates to a protected agriculture production method and system which is efficient, sustainable and unitary for low-height crops having low-to-medium depth roots, which is characterised by packaging, confining or wrapping any type of soil using plastic film at the bottom or lower portion and the other at the upper portion such that the soil is in a closed environment. Said method and system enables the conversion of deficient soils into optimal soils, making it possible to obtain high yields of high-quality, innocuous crops in a rational and inexpensive manner, while making it possible to increase the fertility thereof in a sustainable manner, and substantially reducing the consumption of water, fertiliser and pesticides.La presente invención se refiere a un método y sistema de producción de agricultura protegida eficiente, sustentable e Integral para cultivos de bajo porte y raíz poco y medianamente profunda, que se caracteriza por empaquetar, confinar o envolver cualquier tipo de suelo mediante un film plástico en el fondo o parte inferior y otro en la parte superior de manera que el suelo se encuentre en un ambiente cerrado. Este método y sistema facilita la conversión de suelos deficientes a suelos óptimos, permite alcanzar altos rendimientos de cosechas con calidad e inocuidad de manera racional y económica, al mismo tiempo permite aumentar la fertilidad del mismo de manera sustentable, reduce sustancialmente el consumo de agua, fertilizante y plaguicidas.
