The present invention relates to an emergency bed, which can be deployed in a linear shape and converted into a chair shape, and equipped with an automatic chest compressing device for automatically performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation to a patient having a cardiac arrest. Disclosed is the configuration, which comprises: a binding part to which one or more type of automatic chest compressing devices are bound； a binding part to which an oxygen cylinder for oxygen supply is bound； and a structure for patient positioning and fixation to provide CPR in a confined space such as an elevator.본 발명은 일자형상으로 전개하거나, 의자형상으로 변환이 가능하며, 심정지 환자에게 자동으로 심폐소생술을 시행하는 자동 흉부압박장치가 장착되는 구급침대에 관한 것으로, 한 종류 이상의 자동 흉부압박장치들이 결착되는 결착부, 산소공급을 위한 산소통이 결착되는 결착부, 엘리베이터와 같은 좁은 공간에서 심폐소생술을 제공하기 위한 환자의 체위형성과 고정을 위한 구조를 포함하는 구성이 개시된다.
