FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to device (100) for artificial pulmonary ventilation and to a method of pressure and gas mixture control for air flow of the device for artificial pulmonary ventilation. Device (100) is configured to control pressure and gas mixture for air flow and comprises gas source (220). Device has proportional valve (210) configured to control gas flow rate from gas source. Device includes mix controller (170) communicating with proportional valve. Mixture controller is configured to monitor gas flow passing through an air pump, and is further configured to control percentage content of oxygen in the outlet stream. Device includes engine (160) of air supercharger and controller (162) of air supercharger engine, configured to control the air pump motor speed using the air feed speed feedback circuit configured to generate the speed output signal, feedback circuit of flow and pressure feedback loop. Air supercharger motor controller comprises additional filter, configured to combine the machine pressure signal and the proximal pressure signal into a single feedback signal, and wherein pressure feedback circuit is configured to receive pressure input path (i) at input; (ii) a single feedback signal from an additional filter and (iii) the speed output signal from the air compressor speed feedback circuit. Method includes stage (410) of device (100) for artificial pulmonary ventilation. Proposed method comprises activation stage (420) of air pump motor and opening of proportional valve to create flow pressure and mix in device for artificial pulmonary ventilation. Proposed method comprises control stage 430 by means of air pump motor controller and engine air supercharger speed using feedback circuit of air blower speed.
