The present invention relates to a novel process for the preparation of povidized liposome preparations containing doxorubicin. According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare a pegylated liposome preparation containing doxorubicin having a narrow nano-sized particle size distribution. Further, according to the present invention, the drug encapsulation rate and storage stability of the liposome preparation are excellent, so that the productivity can be improved.본 발명은 독소루비신 함유 페길화된 리포좀 제제의 신규한 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 나노 크기의 입도 분포가 좁은 독소루비신 함유 페길화된 리포좀 제제를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따르면 리포좀 제제의 약물 봉입률 및 저장 안정성이 우수하므로, 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
