A system for expanding tissue comprising: a device comprising: an elongate shaft having a lumen； at least one fluid delivery tube disposed in the lumen of the elongate shaft and having a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen there through； at least one hollow fluid delivery needle in fluid communication with the at least one fluid delivery tube lumen； and an expandable support having a recess constructed and arranged to slidingly receive said hollow fluid delivery needle； and a vacuum source in fluid communication with the recess, wherein the vacuum source is configured to draw tissue into the recess； wherein the at least one hollow fluid delivery needle comprises an advanceable fluid delivery needle configured to advance into the recess after the tissue has been drawn into the recess and deliver fluid into the tissue.
